  Terrible service. I felt completed disrespected by the blonde young associate. I was trying to return 2 items and we both noticed that one didnt have a tag. I knew i couldnt return it and she told me i could exchange it if i wanted to, but she took it away without asking me if i wanted to exchange it or simply keep it. After not explaining anything, I was left waiting for 20 minutes looking like an idiot. I ask her what is taking so long. She says that she was waiting for me to choose something to exchange the bracelet that did not have the tag. At this point, i was feeling annoyed and embarrassed because I had no idea. I told her that it was fine. I didnt want anything. I just wanted my refund for the other bracelet. I didnt realize but she ended up giving me a refund for both bracelets. Because she did not tell me she was giving me a refund for both, i asked her where the bracelet without the tag was. She said in a arrogant and rude tone "i gave you a refund for both". The fact that this girl, with zero communication skills and terrible customer service is even working here really upsets me. I know i would never speak to any of my customers the way she did with me. She needs to learn how to explain the situation better. Love the products but I never want to return. Not only was i disrespected, i also felt discriminated. Never going back there again.
