  My fiancé rented a vehicle from here for our vacation. When we arrived he was told they didn't have the vehicle for us and that we would have to drive to the airport to pick up our vehicle. If we would have known that we would have reversed a vehicle at the airport. We chose this location because it's near our house. Once we returned the vehicle about two days later the company charged our credit card additional money. It is still unclear where this charge came from. We paid in full for our vehicle and that amount had already been deducted from our card. We are in the process of fighting this additional charge again since there isn't a valid reason for the charge.Continue to check your card as well because we already had the additional charge disputed and removed with our credit card company once only to find out that Avis processed another charge today!! A month after our original rental date!!!!!! Will never rent from this location again. After reading reviews (wish we would have before doing business) seems like this place doesn't value their customers.
