  This was my worst, most unprofessional experience with anyone. I caught her and her practice in lies and got second and third opinions that backed me up then confronted her. She fumbled around telling me she would fix it. However, I didn't want her anywhere near my face or body after giving the practice four different chances to fix it. I just wanted a refund and asked for my records. I had to ask for them three times and state it was illegal not to send them to me or another practice. In addition, I was double charged once and they admitted it but would not refund me. They said they would give me a credit but then said they had no record (even though I originally showed them proof). I had written proof, pictures, etc. of all kinds of issues and when presented they just got squirrelly and inconsistent in trying to cover things up. I do NOT recommend Dr. Nixon or Dermatologists of Charlotte.
