  An employee at this location proceeded to pull out money from her pocket in a sarcastic manner and give it to me since she did not want to issue a refund for overcharging me from a drink. I get the drink everyday and I have been charged the same amount every time. I explained this to her, but it fell on deaf ears. After telling her that I want a receipt and she should apply the refund correctly in a professional way. She proceeded to tell me to either take the money or leave "her" store. She also threatened to call the cops, while yelling "get out of here". If this isn't the poorest customer service I have ever received, it comes pretty close. I plan to inform management. There may be many customers who would take this mistreatment, but as a daily Dunkin Donuts customer, I am not one of them.
