  One of the worst experiences I had having my taxes done. I went in prior to tax day to have my current 2015 taxes completed and an amendment from 2014 completed. 2015 tax return done and was very pricey but I expected the price as I have used this company before. Amendment took 2 months to complete with no changes from the documentation the IRS provided to me. Basically the agent wasted my time, was unresponsive to phone calls and emails for weeks and then when I come back in basically provided that I should have just agreed to the amendment provided as I would waste more money filing with them. Will not be returning to this location.
