  Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel! The rooms are large and comfortable. Unfortunately the elevator smelled like what I thought was cat urine, but a staff-member that was on the elevator with me laughed and said that no, it was pot. Then I guess the people that stunk up the elevator had stayed in my room before me. My room wreaked of it. We were going to be out of the room for a while so the staff told us to run a hot shower and leave the bathroom door open. It did help to get rid of the smell but then our room was muggy and humid all night. The next day when I checked out, I was in a hurry and I left my personal pillow in the room. I didn't realize it until I got home that night. I called right away, but no one could lay their hands on it. By the time I got to talk to Beverly, the housekeeping manager, the pillow was missing. I wouldn't have worried about it but it was a $129 pillow from Nest Bedding and it was only 2 months old. Beverly has been awesome. She has assured me that they are taking care of me and they have the insurance company on it. I am very thankful that Beverly and her manager believe in taking such good care of their customers!

  The best part of our stay was the front desk service delivered by Joel Coffey!!! He was a customer service master checking in guests and working the bar at the same time. This particular weekend the hotel is booked to capacity and he has given each individual guest 5-star service. My husband and I have been Hilton Honors members since 2004. Yet, having smiling faces like Joel would make us come back again.
