  I used this location quite often as it usually has helpful staff and a great manager on staff. I'm also in the computer business and don't require the technical expertise of most customers, but have always been treated first class when I step in the door. It's also nice when everyone knows your name. Some of the other reviews here are completely out of line. One of the better Office Depot's in Charlotte. Great selection of laptop computers and accessories.

  The worst customer service I ever had . The employees including the evening supervisor are all incompetent to be in that place I will never recommend and go to Office Depot in south blvd.. Office Depot in Sharon amity is the best , I never had any issue with them for years !!
