  First time ever going here. I had some Levi jeans and shoes. The white lady at the counter tells my husband and I that it would be 30mins before they determine what they would give for the items. Ok fine hubby and I go get something to eat. Come back she says we can't accept anything cause they have a smell to them. Ok first of all that was a lie the clothes still had the tags on them my son never had a chance to wear them. The shoes was cleaned before I brought them out there. The lady at the counter was very unprofessional and if I was in a bad mood I would've told her about herself cause she seemed a little racist to me. Anyway I would never go back there again and ended up selling my items to someone else. And amazingly they never mentioned anything about a smell. By the way the entire store has a mildew smell to it. The manager wasn't any better. Plan on calling corporate asap.
