  Scheduled a first time consultation. I was asked to fill out a registration online. I called the day before for assistance after having issues with the patient portal. They system kept kicking me out. I finally gave up! I called in the early am to notify the office staff and they said it was fine. After driving over 30 min for my appointment I was told that I had to reschedule due to the information not being filled out. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me I should have come in 20 min early. This was not discussed over the phone as my appointment was set for 3:00. I wasted time and I will not ever schedule another appointment. I’ve heard wonderful things about the physician, however the staff is rude and lacks professionalism. I highly recommend calling another group in the local area!
