  Don't knock it until you have tried it - for free. The boot camp is run by great coaches and held outside on sports fields that allow for "all out" sprints and plyometric/ballistic exercises without weights. There are great athletes at this gym but it's not an intimidating environment. If you give it 100%, you will be sore (and thankful).
