  Had some body work done here a few years ago. I noticed the paint start to fade on the quarter panel so I got a copy of repairs from insurance company and went to ABRA to discuss warranty. The customer service rep was very nice and took the time to look at the car and explain each line item on the repair receipt from insurance. Turns out that quarter panel was the only part on the side not replaced by ABRA after the collision. Just goes to show how good their work is.
  Update: First review was a 5 star, but I'm lowering it to a 2. I rented a car from Enterprise (located inside ABRA), and asked Enterprise if it was okay that I left my motorcycle parked in the parking lot; they said yeah no problem. Two days later I come back to drop off the rental and my motorcycle has moved!! ABRA moved it because they didn't know who's it was. They said they asked Enterprise who's it was, and they may have, but Enterprise said they didn't know who's it was either (they obviously didn't ask their whole team). Regardless, it is very poor form to even touch someone's motorcycle without asking, let alone move it! I failed to ask while I was there what they would have done if it was a full size car; would they have picked up and moved the car?! ABRA gave no actual reason as to why they moved it (they moved it to a landscaped part of the property on some red gravel, no longer in the lot). I saw no signage about having to get a "tag" for customer vehicles left in the parking lot as the ABRA manager on duty said I needed to get. Thought I was doing the right thing by asking Enterprise if I could leave it there.
