  I am very sad and disappointed. The Apts and location are very nice. I must of came to this property about 3 times. Very interested but wasn't able to break my lease to take advantage of move in specials here.
  I must say Jenna was always kind and accommodating. I was approved at another development for my original move out date. But still my heart was with Alta. I called back and spoke to Jennifer to see if they could show me the apt in the new building opening up soon once they received the keys. Jennifer the asst manager stated she would call me back and so far it's been 4 days and no one has called. Also we wanted to know if there were any other promotions offered. I understand they have a look and lock special for 1st time viewers.
  Again she stated she would call me back and for 3 days I have called and no answer and finally someone picked up and I left a,message for Jenna and asst manager and no one called back. Yes that left me a bit sad and questioned are they that busy or am I not worth a callback?
  Properties have to understand we have feelings and if they don't want our business someone else will. Poor communication. I just pray its not because of my skin Color.
