  Alterations fail... (I can't comment on cleaning). I don't know how a simple hem could be screwed up but they managed it. In truth, there were warning signs. 1, They use an outsourced seamstress... 2, The woman who took my order, while pleasant, was dismissive of my concerns "It will be fine... all of our customers are happy"... hmmm - not this one.
  
  When I collected the pants... I told the woman that I wasn't happy at all, she simply said "It's the way she does hems... that will be $12.90." There was no effort to make me happy.
  
  Lesson learned... don't come here for alterations. Hopefully the stitching can be removed and reworked by someone else.
