- Kiera LaekaNov, 20 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had the WORST banking experience at this branch. All of the tellers had a horrible attitude. The branch manager was unprofessional and rude, he spoke so loud that all of the other customers knew our business. I had my mother with me and she was horrified. We walked out and went to the branch off of Sharon Rd - wonderful experience! They were so kind and helpful. I will never ever return to the branch on Pineville-Matthews/Carmel Rd.
