  Was told it would cost me $40 do open a safe deposit box, when I go into open one they said it would cost me $80. Understand people make mistakes but this cased me my time which was wasted. Manager didn't care and said to come back tomorrow.

  For the 2nd time my bank card has had to be replaced with a bad chip. Please get your cheap Made in China card working. Also your employee , did not tell me it was a $5 charge to replace the defective card you issued me. . How do you charge your customers for shipping a card that was defective?
