  I took four pairs of pants to be hemmed. First off, they keep their four dogs there and allow them to run around behind the counter. I am an animal lover so this didn't bother me, but the place smelled of urine. There is no room to try on your clothes for them. The female owner had me step off to the side to change into my various pants in front of her. I'm not modest so this didn't bother me. What did bother me was that the carpet was wet. She explained that it was water that leaked in from the rain. However, the white cloth she put down for me to step on, began turning yellow. After trying on my pants, my hands had touched my socks...yep, urine! I threw my socks away right there and almost asked for my clothes back. However, she seemed nice, so I didn't. When I returned to pick up my pants, she charged me $63+...to hem four pants! She said she charges $2 to iron each pair, and mine weren't even wrinkled! This charge was never mentioned previously, and was not posted. Also, after leaving, I noticed the hem on one pant leg was completely crooked and out of line with the other pant leg. I am a supporter of family owned businesses, but I will not support thoses that take advantage of their customers. I will NEVER be back!
