  Rip off. They have no issue selling equipment that is not in working order. Purchased a Samsung W/D and had to have their techs out within a month of purchase. It took 5 hours to do one load of laundry as the washer kept getting "unbalanced". I was told the suspension on the washer needed replacing and that the dryer needed a new drum. I told them I wanted to return them and swap them out for something that actually worked as they obviously sold me defective appliances. They said "no" and that wasn't an option. Now I have to wait at least 5 days (I'm betting longer) to have a functional W/D....which means wasted time and money spent at the laundromat. The only saving grace of this company is that the tech was very polite. Stay away unless you have plenty of time and money to waste.

  After reading this review, I received a call from the owner that they would refund the cost of the machines. I never had a problem with the people there, just the equipment. Great customer service just do your research on the products.
