  I don't usually leave bad reviews but I think travelers need to know about this one. I am a member of the points program through Best Western and I can say that I have stayed as a Diamond member at many of the Best Western hotels and many of the Best Western "Plus" hotels. This is no plus hotel. Although decent, the carpet would stick to my socks when walking in the room in certain areas. The heating and cooling units do not have a thermostat so its either leave the heat on while you sleep and wake up hot, or turn it off and stay cold. At other "plus" hotels, the furnishings and walls had been updated. These have not. The smell in the room was less than pleasant.There are no vending machines available and the hotel desk had closed the vending shop because they said there was a wedding in the hotel and the kids kept going into the area and taking things (they were avoiding confrontation with the wedding party by calling it to their attention) so there wasn't any vending available in the hotel. I certainly do not plan on staying here again.
  
  The breakfast was typical of the other hotels in the Best Western chain and although adequate, was no more than heating up powdered eggs and precooked bacon. The frozen sausage in the pan was very watery. The other items on the menu that were continental were fine. Coffee was awful but this is not any different than the other hotels in the family line. Its an attempt to claim free breakfast for the guests while keeping cost low. The other amenities such as the fitness center were very large and had lots of clean equipment.
  
  Overall I don't recommend this hotel unless for the same money you can stay somewhere else.
