  Bexley Creekside has its pros and cons (like most places). To start with the pros, the pool is wonderful, and management opens it as soon as the weather starts to get warm and it remains open as long as possible. The staff is pleasant and helpful, both in the office and in maintenance. The gym is also great with modern equipment, and plenty of room. The layouts of the apartments are really nice and modern, but this is where we transition to the cons.
  The apartments, though they look modern in their layout, are not. The appliances are outdated, and in terms of energy efficiency, they're awful. Our power bill was always incredibly high compared to previous apartments I've lived at. My roommate and I are big energy savers, but eventually accepted it's the apartments and not us that cause the high bill. Rent is affordable, but the power bill will add up. I also never 100% felt safe. I felt like I almost constantly smelled weed, and there could be people stomping up and down the stairs, yelling and singing until 2 or 3am.
