  Visited today with my mom to but her a pair of shoes for her birthday. I have never written a review of a store in my life, usually if I have a bad experience it is just a lesson learned and I don’t go back. In this case, I probably won’t go back either, but someone needs to know how difficult it was just to buy a pair of shoes.
  Initially, both ladies were helpful. My mom tried on about 5 pairs of shoes and somewhere along the way it was obvious both women were flustered and annoyed. It was like the closer we came to purchasing, the less they actually wanted to make a sale.
  Once she had settled on a shoe, they acted put out when she wanted to make sure she had chosen the right size. When asked about the quality of the shoe, she responded “you’ll know when you buy them and wear them”....well, no duh

  I have shopped here a few times and always get great service! They have a great selection and I love shopping with Amber. She is very helpful and friendly. It's a long drive for me but totally worth it!
