  This Avis/Budget office is in a strip of shopping and it is easily missed on South Blvd. I ordered a car online for a Thursday afternoon (3PM) pickup. I travel a lot for my job and rarely rent a car in Charlotte, but this location was not crowded at all. Once I arrived, I realized it was the same location I got a budget rental truck from a number of years ago. The gentleman who checked me out was very helpful, easily found my online reservation and validated my identity. We walked through the paperwork and off I went. Sometimes at JFK I have to wait 40-45 minutes, at this location I was in and out in 15 minutes.
