  Place was absolutely dirty from the start before we even got to the hostess stand. I understand things may happen when you get short staffed but by no means was this place short staffed or packed with people. The floors were covered with trash and food. Second the hostess tried to get one of our numbers in the group which it is what it is. But after she got shot down like a clay pigeon, our service from the rest of the night was absolutely terrible. One app and a order of two medium sized wings took 45 min. *the place had 25% occupancy* When our food came out it was cold and looked as if it was made by throwing it across the kitchen and hoped it landed on the plate. Would not recommend this place at all.

  Expecting it to be better and the service was even worse than last time and we had a manager serve us. To start out the drinks took 15 minutes to come out and another 20 for 1 appetizer. Wings were burnt when they eventually made there way to the table. If anyone around charlotte wants to watch any type of sports event you might as well and try your luck somewhere else if you want crappy service/food.
