  I received a text message "CIS: South Park confirming an appt..." The unprofessional people that programed the text system failed to consider that those reading the text would not know what a "CIS: South Park" might be? Isn't South Park a Cartoon Show? The text left three options, (1) yes (2) no or (3) help. I submitted "help" twice. No answer. Others have complained about this problem and others say they cannot maintain accurate records. Who needs Doctors that lack the professionalism of an NFL player.
