  We went to the Charlotte Cafe after one of our basketball tournament games. We were seated quickly (other members of our party had arrived earlier to wait for tables). The server and staff were friendly but not efficient. We had to ask for refills of water, coffee and hot tea. Our food did not come out together. The food was marginal. I would equate this to a nicer Waffle House. The decor is cute and the place was clean.
