  I do not recommend this place, I pay them over $8,000 cash for both my kids braces. Never missed a payment. My son lost his retainers a month after his braces were off. Charlotte Dentistry charge me $500 to get 4 new sets of retainers. 3 months after being with the new retainers. my son's second molars started to come in and his retainers do not fit anymore. I went back to this office, and the Dentist cut a piece of the retainers and told me to come back in a few months. to get him resized for new retainers. at the time they told me they were going to give me 4 new retainers since i had recently pay $500. I go back to the office a year later to follow up and they tell me that they cannot give me 4 new retainers only 1 pair and if I wanted 4 I had to pay $500.00 again. This office rather loose a good paying patient than give my son new retainers and allow me to return they ones that do not fit anymore. I Have 2 more kids who will need braces in 2 years and I will never take them back to this place. I am very upset to the lack of customer service after all the money I had pay out of pocket because My insurance does not cover braces. I do not recommend going there. I will be taking my son to a different office to get resized for retainers. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB
