  We have been with Charlotte Homes and Rental for nearly 3 years now. Our initial impression of the company upon moving into the property in 2014 was horrible. The property was not properly maintenanced, there was a disgusting roach infestation in the kitchen. The company replaced the refrigerator but not the stove which was just as horrible, they claimed to have the carpet cleaned but is was nasty as well. We eneded up having to do cleaning of the entire property ourselves, we still requested that they send a cleaning service in to clean again even more throughly, it was down. The company continued to send pest control until no more bugs were seen and does a follow up once a year. Since then we have not had any issues getting them to come out and handle any problems that may have come up. Abby Martinez is definitely an asset as she will make sure that request are handled in a timely manner. The 4 stars represents the company now with no reflection to the first year of renting from the management company.
