  Terrible company, wish I could give it zero stars. Installed a unit in a condo that has created noise in neighbor's condo. The unit before created zero noise so they clearly do not know how to properly install. It's been over 6 months and they still have zero solutions to fix the loud AC unit after multiply visits. Stay away from this company.

  Charlotte Mechanical did a complete upgrade and install of a replacement unit for our second floor after we refinished space on the third floor. Every person - from the sales team to the customer service coordinator to the install team - was professional, thorough, and competent. The project was scoped out and priced with clarity and the work was flawless and on time. I endorse and recommend Charlotte Mechanical

  Contacted Charlotte Mechanical a week ago. It took them 3 visits to fix the problem with my A/C and they charged me for 3 service calls. The technician "Matt" tried to upsell everything. They charged more for the refrigerant if you didn't buy their service plan. I would recommend to anyone who needs A/C service to try another company. They are not the quality company that they were a few years ago.
