  I give my doctor 5+ stars but the reason for my over all score is the other staff. The nurses are incredibly rude if/when they return calls, after 3 to 4 or maybe even more attempts. I have acquaintances that also go to this office and have had the same experiences or even worse. I have personally called and tried to speak to the manager on several occasions throughout this year, he has never been available so I have left messages and he has never returned one of those calls.
