    Called to schedule a consultation and the lady in the cosmetic department was SO RUDE!! She was more concerned about why I was coming from Virginia and couldn't find help near me then actually helping me get a consultation. I then tried explaining my condition only for her to tell me I couldn't overrule a past dermatologist diagnosis that I went to and they would diagnose the same thing. YOU THINK IM GOING TO DRIVE 5 HOURS IF I THOUGHT THERE DIAGNOSIS WAS CORRECT? Come on lady... I ended up not even scheduling because of her!!

    Yes why don't we let your non certified(dermatology) consultant make a diagnosis over the phone. You should be greatful patients want to travel there. Some people do have rare skin diseases that dermatologist around my area are not familiar with is a reason I'm traveling far away. And no she was rude as she could be. I just wanted to make a simple consultation without the hassle. Should of been a 5 minute phone call and not a 15 minute hassle.

    Not only is it more expensive. You won't get the results after you have finished your treatments, so they tell you that you may need more and still no results yet you have dropped a few thousand. Do not go here for any laser treatments!
