    Ordered the Monterrey sandwich on white bread with no tomato over the phone for pickup. I was informed that they didn't have white bread, that it would come on wheat instead. Kind of strange for a sandwich and salad place not to have white bread, but not a big deal - things happen. I go to pick the order up, walk in to the young lady at the register. It takes her a moment to look up from her phone in order to greet me, which, when she finally looks up, doesn't say anything. I say, "Hello, I had a pickup order". She then grabs the bag and swipes my card. After I had already paid, she informs me that they actually didn't have any bread at all and they had put my sandwich in a wrap. They were not remotely busy, so how they had no bread in the entire store is beyond me. If I had known that they had no bread, I would have absolutely ordered something else from the menu. Of course, they couldn't call me to ask if this was ok before making it because they didn't take my number down when I placed my order. I finally get my food home and take a bite. There was tomato on the wrap. I've never written a negative review in my life. But I've tried many times to give Crisp second, third, fourth chances because usually the food is very good. But their customer service has cost them my service.
