  Miss Gigi thinks that this lovely lady here is the absolute BEST I've had touch my head hands down!!!! Ms. Crystal does awesome work and I would surely recommend and have to all of my associates. I am a very picky person when it comes to letting just anyone do my hair and after almost a year here in Charlotte I have found the only one I will ever let hook my "do" up!! I love her staff and the attention that is given to my news and servicing wants. The atmosphere is pleasant and everyone is polite. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Charlotte area other than her!

  If I could rate no stars I would because this lady is unprofessional. I booked an appt online and it said that it's not officially confirmed until you physically speak with Crystal Bella. I called her and she said she would do it since I was in town from Florida and the appointment was booked for 830am the next morning (as per my online request). She emailed me a confirmation email with the address of where she would be. I get there at 755am because maybe she could have gotten me in sooner if I was the first one there. I go into the building to find an empty office suite and no Crystal Bella hair salon. Called her twice to get no answer and no call back. Highly unprofessional and no way to treat a potential client.
  Luckily, the Weave Spot answered their phone before their business opened up at 9am, got me in a chair as soon as I arrived and got my hair on point.
