    Went in to pick up something basic and they couldn't figure out why my tricare wasn't wanting to pay. It took them 45 minutes to sort out what was happening. Apparently you can't use a coupon with tricare (which they applied, not me) promised me it would never happen again.

    Wife went to pick up medicine and they did the same exact thing, only they sent her home this time and told us to call our insurance, despite us explaining to them what was happening.

    Will never get my business again.
