  Our experience with DeSignia could not have been better from start to finish. Indeed it is not finished as, based on the design and installation work, we changed to them from our long-used maintenance firm even at a higher cost. If there were six stars they would merit it. I am very surprised at the one bad review as my experience could not be more different. My guess is that there is a story behind it and actually a bad review, in my option, just makes the excellent ones all the more credible. I expect you can find less (and more) expensive firms but I don't think you could find better value. Speaking of values, without saying a word their actions bespeak a company with excellent core values to which they pay attention.
  
  Matt was responsive from the beginning, earnestly sought our views and objectives and delivered a really good plan.....only slight revisions were needed. However, we needed to phase the work because of budgets and he worked with us closely to get the most “bang for the buck.” After meeting Steve, the project manager, we were comfortable leaving town during the work and came home very pleased. All the surprises were good. We had a post-work meeting and a few fine tuning things, including expanding the scope of the project, were agreed and now pending based on weather. We are leaving for the season confident all will be attended to.
  
  As mentioned, as a result of the terrific job on the installation they are doing the maintenance. And so far, so good..very good. A polite, well trained and dedicated crew attends to the place and it looks terrific. I will do a follow up on the maintenance in mid summer.
