  We have just finished our kitchen and master bathroom. We used DesignLoft for both, they look great. Robert was fantastic to work with. We would recommend them one hundred percent. Both came in with in budget.

  Absolutely useless. Went in to get a proposal for build in bookcases for our family room on a Saturday. Was promised that they would work on the proposal the next Wednesday. Excuse email after excuse email came through for the next 2.5 weeks. Then another email came through if I wanted to contact some other designer within the company to take over the project?????????
  
  Do they even want business?????
