  Dr Thad Clements has been my mother's Dr for quite some time now.. He takes time to explain her condition, the was she can combat her conditions and what medications she will need. Her medicines are documented and he is just a fantastic doctor and so is Ms. Donna. The Physicians Assistant or Nurse. I'm assuming.
