  I’m sorry but I have to agree with the residents who posted reviews complaining how loud the courtyard and pool area get with screaming kids and parents that seem to encourage this type of behavior. The management are great and the building itself is very nice with a really great common area/office amenities. But the noise factor and disregard for rules really takes away from enjoying the complex.
