  Frustrated that I dropped off an item to be monogrammed a week ago. I was told it would take 4 days and would receive a call when ready. Checked in with them after a week having not received a call only to find out my item had not even been started. Why didn't they call me to discuss any issues? Not sure. No apology. Will never visit this store again.
