  Some of my family and I went to Encore this past Tuesday evening (9/4/2012). We have been here multiple times over the past few years and watched it slowly take a nose dive in different ways. While our waitress was nice, one of the guests at my table couldn't help but to notice that she was scrubbing the carpeting in between tending to her tables. With the dark grey water and dirty washcloth on her hands, we couldn't help but to feel a little in different towards the cleanliness. Probably not the optimal time to be doing something like that. Our food was OK, not worth the cost for what we received, food is really missing something that I can't quite put my finger on. The lady guest at our table had to use the restroom which is was deplorable according to her, it smelled very sewage like. On our way out we walked through the bar, to which we had water dropped on us from the ceiling as well as almost slipping on the floors, probably why nobody was in the bar as most people aren't expecting to receive a shower while dining. I'm not sure what has happened to Encore, it used to always be our go to spot but it's sinking further and further down our list. I'm not quite sure we will visit again after our last visit.
