  2017 Impala was clean and comfortable with poor rearward visibility. V6 not very smooth. My flight got cancelled while I was en route to the airport. I called number on receipt to get instructions on how to extend rental another day. No answer. I decided to just drive in since I was heading to airport anyway. Manager said their phone system doesn't work very well and that best way to communicate was via email. Turned out all I had to do was keep the car another day and it would get automatically charged from incidentals held on the credit card. Now I know for next time and not to bother calling for anything.
