  First Time buying a camper, kids were so exited about going camping, the employees working there in October 28, 2017 were helping us to get a camper to go out on the next week, but when we got there the camper wasn't ready so they gave us a previous year model, we agreed but there was some things that needed to be fixed, they told us to go ahead and go camp and come back for the repair as well with some there things pending such as a brake control that yet we haven't get and today is April 2, 2018 . They didn't gave us an appointment until Jan 15, 2018 for the repairs and until this day the camper is still there. We called multiple times and they said they will call back and they haven't, and also they said they are going through the insurance when this repairs are supposed to be done by them since the camper was like that previous the purchased. They said they have change staff and that's why they don't have any records of what is going on. My kids are very upset that they cannot enjoy their camper and so my husband and I having to go through this frustration. I will not recommend this company to anyone!!!! If they fix all this nightmare I will come back to write another review, but if you don't see it is because the situation is the same with them.
