  We hired Falcone for an out of the box project on an older home that required crawlspace and structural repairs in various parts of the house-(crawlspace, attic, front porch, and rear addition), mold remediation, vapor barrier, and drainage install, as well as a plethora of other detailed & specialized work! It was also located in Durham, NC so it required weekly travel and lodging to and from Charlotte for an extended period of time. We really liked the personal and professional touch of Falcone Crawlspace. Everyone that came to our house was super nice and knowledgable about their task. Fred was very laid back and personable which is our style. He did a thorough job working with us initially on our project needs and itemizing an estimate of the costs so we knew up front what the scope of the project would look like. As extras were uncovered during the work (as often times 80 year old houses will do), solutions and costs to be incurred were given up front so that we could discuss and then decide how to proceed. Falcone was prompt on their start date and worked diligently on all aspects of our project until complete. Mitch and Troy did the majority of the work on our house (and a little from Tommy too) which entailed weekly travel from Charlotte & stay in Durham. We really appreciated their dedication to this job. They did an awesome job each day with their daily tasks, end-of-day cleanup, and at the same time being willing to accommodate my husband, dog, and I who lived at the house during repairs/renovation. Mitch and Troy were knowledgable in their craft, polite, and hard working! The office personnel we spoke with were always kind and courteous and responded back with answers to questions in a timely, friendly manner. We would definitely use Falcone again for our Crawlspace and Structural needs. We highly recommend to anyone needing work in these areas to give them a call!
