  Generally happy with this location, although some there are not the most personable let's just say. Ship quite a bit. Also, they often question my packing job and even open my boxes at times! I pack very well and tight. Mostly ship audio electronics. 100% fb on ebay. Rarely an issue. They also reject my boxes at times, and I have to buy theirs. Kind of odd when they ask me if they can open my boxes and see how packed?! Had one issue, where they packed stuff for me in wardrobe boxes, instead of quoted custom ones, and the bill was quadruple what I charged my customer! Manager eventually refunded me and fedex worked out some of the excessive shipping costs. Was quoted something MUCH lower and they never evdn told me until I saw the bill. From what I gather, the packer decided to use ready made wardrobe boxes, which were way to big, resulting in $300 shipping, vs around $100. On top of cost to pack and boxes.
  Will still use them since they made me whole. and they have shown me how to pack better. Will say that. However, despite excellent and costly packing, have had items dropped BADLY in transit, which no packing would have prevented the resulting damage. I hope they are emphasizing care in handling as much as in packing! UPDATE 3/3/18: Went in last night to have two speakers packed. Gave me a hard time about waiting for them, vs coming back. Very difficult. I usually pay and come back to ship, with my own fedex labels, as I get a discount. Called last night around 8 and asked, since not done yet if I could com by 9:00 am. They said fine. Went in around 9:45 and were just starting. Paid $64 to pack, but these two did not get the memo. They put each 38" high, 7" w spkrs in a 54x25x20 box, with 15 lbs extra weight each. Would cost.me $160 each to ship WITH my 20% discount. Fella asked for my receipt , which I did not have, but said I could pull up. He found it and realized they charged way too little and HE got agitated. Told him I had to repack anyway to make smaller. He told the woman there that "never again will we pack if they don't ship with us." I DO ship with fedex, and told him this several times. Complained to manager and never going there again.
