  Very Poor customer service.
  
  I walked into the store at 5:59p on Sunday Oct 1st to purchase FIFA 18 - and the store associate was very rude and inconsiderate of my needs as a customer .
  
  She said we were closed (6p) and I needed to come back tomorrow at 7p. I then explained that I know exactly what I wanted, and I wasn't here to window shop. To no avail.
  
  I am very disgruntled, and I will never be coming back to this store. This isn't the first time this associate has done this either.
