  I have had good experiences in the past with this great clips, but it really depends on the barber. Today I got a cut and from one of the barbers who really didn't know they were doing... I am pretty sure I was communicating well on my end, it seemed like she had no idea what I wanted even after me clearly explaining the same things I have with barbers before. it seemed she didn't even know what I meant when I said "thin out" and at the end she put gel in without asking. Some of the barbers at great clips are actually great, but this one was not.
