  Great idea. Terrible execution. Really bad "customer service".... seems to be some sort of bot that answers your complex question with a standard blurb of multiple paragraphs just seconds after you send your question. Their standard reply is that they don't manage the lawn service, just show you how to navigate their software....
  As mentioned in other negative reviews, poor vetting of vendors, poor accountability, poor customer service.
  
  The silver lining, it's a good idea and worked well for a few mows.
