  If you are looking to buy, rent or sell in the Charlotte market, I would highly recommend Group 15 and Matthew Tringali. He is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute delight to work with.

  In fairness, this particular week was much colder than usual and I’m sure they had multiple maintenance calls about freezing pipes. We had a sprinkler pipe burst on the property that flooded the back yard and we called maintenance. After an aggressive calling campaign, we were told to call the city and let them know when the water was shut off The city came on Tuesday 1/9, shut the water to the house and we contacted maintenance so they could come to repair the damage. They told us that they would be back by Friday. After we insisted on faster service, they came by that very afternoon, isolated the problem piping and turned the home’s water back on. Which leads me to believe that they could have turned the water off in the first place, as they were able to turn it back on. Which means that we may not have had to call the city at all. They may have been overwhelmed with frozen pipes at multiple locations but we didnt feel like their sense of urgency matched our own. I’m sure it will get better as we familiarize ourselves with the maintenance system.
