    Though never having entered, I have ridden by Hall's clock shop hundreds of times. The owner (Ken) has been there for decades. I own a vintage 8 day wall clock. The hour hand had come off and needed to be reattached. I also wanted a small decorative screw replaced. Ken look at the work that needed to be done and quoted $40 for the repair. I was told I can pick it up in a week. A week past, I called and was told he was having trouble finding that small screw. After a couple of months (honestly almost two full months) and weekly calls I was told I could pick the clock up. The hour hand had been reinstalled, the screw was not replaced and it was handed to me with the back disassembled. He said I did not have time to put it back together. At that moment I really had no words but I managed to say I'll figure it out. Ken said there would be no charge. Take from this review what you will. That was my experience with Hall's clock shop. I will never do business with Halls again. The two months experience was a tremendous let down!
