  During my lifetime I have tried all kinds of "diets." I even tried to "eat healthy for a while," but I would get discouraged and give in to the "deprived feeling," and give up. With the Health Dare Challenge, I have daily e-mails, a personal coach, cooking classes, and loads of encouragement. Eating four meals a day plus a bedtime snack keeps me from getting hungry. I have not had any "chocolate cravings." That is a miracle. After 28 days, I have not lost as much as I would have liked; but I know that I am on the right track. My hair is growing thicker, my fingernails are growing and are stronger, I have lost inches around my middle, and I actually feel better. At age 80 that seems like another miracle. I am determined to continue the Challenge and see even more results.
