  I rented a car for about a month through my insurance due to a car accident and had nothing but problems with these people. First of all, the lady was in a big rush to get the car inspection done. I pointed out damages to the car while she was doing this. "I'm doing the best I can but I can't get everything", absolutely you can so I don't pay for damages I didn't cause! Plus my 2 year old was curious and was looking inside the car when she almost slammed the door on him only to tell me "Oh my God please get him away from here"! Oh did I mention I was not in this location's computer system the day I got the car, even though their corporate location called me 4 days prior saying they have my information ready?! State Farm had to call them just to tell me I am in there and my reservation is ready to go. Hmmm....
  
  They've called my phone many times from multiple phone numbers asking me where my car is, what I drive, what the progress is on my car repairs, etc. I work late and 8am phone calls wake me up after heading to bed at 3am! Is it not on the insurance claim where my car is? Do they think I'm faking the fact my car is in the shop? They also called the shop many times asking about the progress on my car. Not their effin' business to ask about my car just because I had to eventually return it for a day after the weekend passed and found other things with my car.
  
  They also charged me one day for full price not the insurance rate without my authorization on Monday and I have yet to see that money returned to me PLUS for the 5 days my insurance wouldn't cover. Did I mention that the day I dropped my car off they told 2 other customers they don't have them in the system or they flat out don't have a car for your reservation put in the system by corporate? One guy was left stranded due to no cars being available, except for SUVs at $100/day.
  
  In short, this location will harass you and your collision shop about your car at various times of the day (who knows they might harass your insurance company too!) , might injure your young curious child (or come close to it) because they are in a rush, and will not have your information at hand for some reason unless corporate or your insurance company insists you have a reservation. Oh and they'll likely not have a car ready for you but mysteriously have plenty of cars for other reservations yet to arrive.
  
  I beg you, phrase don't rent your car through Hertz or at the very least this location. As an added bonus you might get into a wreck on your way in or out of this dangerous location (steep hill, busy road, poor visibility from cars turning around the corner).
