  In this community the board members are not what they should be. For the past two years, beginning this summer, the Landscape Committee is letting all of the common area grass brown out and it looks very bad. The golf course and others areas look bad already and summer is not even here yet. It is ridiculous. There are 15 wells and a lake to water, but they won't water the grass now for some reason. The Board hired a consultant that does not live in the community to control when the grass gets watered and he does not want to water it. How crazy!! I wonder if they plan to let the flowers die also, because a lot of the areas where the grass is, there are flowers and shrubs. I think the Board does things to piss the residents off just because they can. In the past, they may have watered some areas a little too much. Up until two summers ago, at least the grass was green, which made the community look better in the summer, even though the brick wall, in some areas have mortar dripping down the bricks, which looks really nasty, and they won't do anything to make it look better. It will give you pain just to look at it and see what they are doing, especially when you are paying money for things. We pay, but a Board is elected, which not all residents can vote on who is on the Board. It is sickening!!
